I love this article. Much of it sums up what we as Cognitive Hypnotherapists already know – namely that diets make you fat!
As we know, the relationship people have with food usually has nothing to do with food at all, but is merely a symptom of something else going on at an unconscious level. Find that ‘something else’, sort that, and the reason to have a ‘bad’ relationship with food disappears – no more diets!
It’s something I have used successfully for myself.
